Megan Lucky Is Redefining Fitness and Lifestyle Content on Passes
Megan Lucky shares the truth about fitness myths, building community on Passes, and why imperfection is the whole point. Read her full Creator Spotlight Q&A.

Megan Lucky is not here to sell you a six-week transformation plan. She is here to show you what a real, full lifestyle actually looks like, including the yoga, the travel, the photoshoots, the coaching, and yes, the Pilates class where she showed up with her pants inside out.
On Passes, Megan brings her whole self to her community. That means behind-the-scenes moments, exclusive content, and the kind of honest, unfiltered connection that polished social media feeds simply cannot offer. If you have been looking for a fitness and lifestyle creator who leads with authenticity over aesthetics, Megan Lucky is exactly that.
Here is what she had to say in her Passes Creator Spotlight.

Q&A With Megan Lucky
What’s a fitness myth you believed for way too long before realizing it was total BS?
That the only way to exercise was through forced cardio and rigid gym routines.
What’s been living rent-free in your mind?
Love story about JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bessette (I’m sorry Jack Schlossberg!)
What’s the most chaotic gym moment you’ve witnessed in 2026 so far?
Honestly I’m not much of a gym girlie so I’ll have to choose a Pilates class moment. Probably realizing half way through class that I was wearing my pants inside out lol
If you could only do one type of workout for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Definitely yoga because it captures mind, body, and spirit in the practice, which is something I cherish.
What’s one thing about being a Passes creator that surprised you the most?
Connecting to different people on a level you can’t get with insta
What’s a behind-the-scenes reality of creating fitness content that your subscribers would never guess?
The reality of fitness and lifestyle content is something it’s going to look put together and thought out and other times it will be chaotic and all over the place, and that’s true of life, so I’ve learned to share it all!
How has your lifestyle on Passes changed the way you approach your own fitness journey?
It’s truly made me more confident, I used to think everything I posted had to be perfect, but my audience has been so supportive that it’s made me more confident in sharing more and connecting over the less than perfect realities of fitness and lifestyle.
What’s the worst fitness advice you’ve ever received that you wish you could unlearn?
That it’s all about skinny and fit!
What’s something your Passes community has taught you that made you rethink how you show up for them?
That it’s OK to be your whole self and you will find people that support you and the ones that don’t will leave and that’s OK
If you could have dinner with any three people (dead or alive), who’s at the table and what are you eating?
This is hard, and I’m sure my answer would change depending on my mood but right now I would have to say Reese Witherspoon, Gabby Bernstein, and John Lennon.
