If you notice a charge on your account that you didn’t authorize, here’s how to address it:

Passes charges may come from:

  • Check your payment history

    • Check your "Orders" section to verify if the charge corresponds to a recent merchant orders

    • Or go to “Settings” then “Payment History” to verify recent purchases like DMs, or subscriptions

  • Membership Renewals: Look in the "Memberships" section to determine if it’s a subscription renewal.

  • Linked Payment Methods: Ensure no one with access to your account has used your payment details.

Resolving Unauthorized Activity

  • Investigate the Source:

    • Review recent transactions in your account for purchases you don’t recognize.

    • Speak to family members or friends who may have access to your account or payment method.

  • Secure Your Account:

    • Update Your Password: Use a strong, unique password for your Passes account.

    • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security.

    • Remove Saved Payment Methods: Ensure payment details are not stored on shared devices.

  • Report the Issue: If the charge isn’t resolved through investigation, report the issue to help@passes.com and share the below details

    • Your Email

    • Your phone number

    • Last 4 digits of your card

    • Describe your issue
